How do I make a booking?
Click “Book now” to select a time and date which suits you. Please ensure you have access to a good internet connection for the consultation.
What do you not treat?
SwiftCare does NOT treat medical emergencies. If you are experiencing any of the following please call 999 or 111 – Chest Pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding or head injury, loss of counsciousness, stroke symptoms, severe allergic reactions, broken bones. sudden vision loss. Severe mental health crises. Patients undergoing chemotherapy. Please contact 111 if you are unsure.
While SwiftCare GPs can help with a wide range of medical issues, certain condition or services we do not treat:
– Presriptions for controlled drugs (opiods, sleep aids, benzodiazepines, Z drugs)
– Consultations for patients located outside UK
Can I request a follow up appointment?
Yes, if your online doctor recommends a follow-up consultation to monitor your progress or adjust your treatment plan, they will ask our admin team to arrange this directly with you.
What happens if I have techincal issues during consultation?
In case of technical issues, our admin team is available to assist you. Please use the WhatsApp message button on the website or call our office. We recommend you test your internet connection prior to your scheduled appointment.
Will you inform my GP practice?
We’ll ask if you’d like us to share the details of your consultation – including any treatments or test results with your GP surgery. You don’t have to say yes, but we do recommend it, as it helps keep your GP fully updated on your health and any care you’ve received
How do I cancel my appointment?
You can cancel through the email confirmation received. We recommend emailing support@swift-care.co.uk so we can ensure you are refunded appropriately.
How can I make a complaint?
If you have a concern or wish to make a complaint, please email complaints@thanksdoc.co.uk.
